Privacy Policy
Last updated: 16 September 2026
- Pack It Home does not collect, store or transmit any personal data.
- There are no accounts and no sign-in of any kind.
- The game works fully offline and makes no network requests.
- There is no advertising and there are no purchases.
- Your progress is saved only on your own device.
1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how BRIGHT SUCCESS ("we", "us") handles information in connection with the mobile game Pack It Home ("the Game"). It applies to the Game and to this website.
Pack It Home is a single-player puzzle game intended for a general audience. It is built to work entirely on your device. We have deliberately designed it so that no personal information needs to be collected in order for the Game to function.
2. Information we do not collect
The Game does not collect, request or transmit any of the following:
- Name, email address, phone number or postal address
- Account credentials, because the Game has no accounts
- Location data of any kind, precise or approximate
- Contacts, photos, camera, microphone or calendar data
- Device advertising identifiers (IDFA) or any other tracking identifier
- Usage analytics, crash reports, telemetry or behavioural data
- Payment or billing information, because the Game sells nothing
The Game requests no special permissions from your device. If your operating system ever shows a permission prompt while playing, it does not come from the Game.
3. Information stored on your device
To let you continue where you left off, the Game saves a small progress file in its own private storage area on your device. This file records only:
- Which levels you have completed and how many stars you earned
- Which chapters you have unlocked, and the postcards and keepsakes you have collected
- Your settings for music, sound effects and vibration
- Whether you have already seen the first-time tutorial
This file never leaves your device. We cannot read it, and it is not backed up to any server of ours. Deleting the Game removes it completely.
4. Network access
Pack It Home does not connect to the internet. All artwork, audio and level data ships inside the app, so the Game behaves identically in airplane mode. Because there is no network activity, there is nothing for us to log, and no data is sent to us or to anyone else while you play.
5. Third parties
The Game contains no advertising networks, no analytics software development kits, no social media integrations and no third-party trackers. No third party receives data from the Game.
The Game is distributed through the Apple App Store. Apple may collect information related to downloads and to your Apple account under its own privacy policy, which we do not control and to which this policy does not apply.
6. Children's privacy
Pack It Home is suitable for all ages and is rated accordingly. Because the Game collects no personal information from anyone, it collects no personal information from children either. We do not knowingly gather data from children under 13, and there is no mechanism in the Game through which a child could submit personal information to us.
7. Your rights
Privacy laws such as the GDPR in the European Economic Area and the CCPA in California give you rights to access, correct, delete or port your personal data, and to object to its processing. Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to retrieve, correct, delete, export or sell.
We do not sell or share personal information, and we have never done so. All progress data is under your own control: removing the Game from your device erases it.
8. Data retention and security
We retain no user data, so there is no retention period to describe and no database that could be breached. The progress file on your device is protected by your operating system's standard app sandboxing.
9. Links to other sites
This website may link to external pages such as the App Store listing. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of sites we do not operate, and we encourage you to read their policies.
10. Changes to this policy
If a future version of the Game ever changes how information is handled, we will update this page and revise the date at the top before that version is released. Continuing to use the Game after an update means you accept the revised policy.
11. Contact us
If you have any question about this Privacy Policy, write to us at contact@brightsuccess.org. We aim to reply within five business days.
