1. The licence we grant you

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and play Pack It Home on devices you own or control, for your own private entertainment. This licence is granted free of charge and does not transfer ownership of anything.

2. What you agree not to do

• Copy, sell, rent, sub-licence or otherwise distribute the Game or its files
• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Game, except where local law expressly permits it
• Modify the Game, or use tools that alter its behaviour, level data or saved progress
• Remove or obscure copyright notices, credits or trademarks
• Use the Game's artwork, audio or level designs in any other product

3. No accounts

The Game has no registration, no login and no user profiles. You do not create an account with us and you do not supply us with credentials of any kind. Progress is stored locally on the device you play on and is not linked to any identity.

4. Nothing is for sale

Pack It Home is offered at no cost. The Game sells nothing: there is no store inside it, no subscription, and no item that can be acquired with real funds. Stars, postcards and keepsakes are progress markers only — they are awarded solely for solving levels, cannot be transferred or exchanged, hold no value of any kind outside the Game, and confer no rights.

5. Ownership

The Game, including its code, artwork, characters, music, sound effects, level designs and the name Pack It Home, is owned by BRIGHT SUCCESS and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms are reserved.

6. Your saved progress

Saved progress lives on your device and is your responsibility. Deleting the Game, resetting the device, or transferring to a new device will remove it. Because we hold no copy of it, we cannot restore lost progress, and we accept no liability for progress that is lost.

7. Updates and availability

We may release updates that fix problems, adjust levels or add content, and we may change or discontinue the Game at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that the Game will run on every device, operating system version or configuration, or that it will be free of defects.

8. Distribution platform

The Game is distributed through the Apple App Store. Your download and use of the Game is also subject to Apple's own terms. Apple is not a party to these Terms, is not responsible for the Game, and has no obligation to provide support for it.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BRIGHT SUCCESS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Game. Because the Game is supplied free of charge, our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed ten United States dollars (US$10).

11. Suitability

Pack It Home is a logic puzzle suitable for a general audience, including children. Every level has a fixed layout and a guaranteed solution, and outcomes depend entirely on the player's own reasoning — nothing in the Game is decided at random. It contains no violence and no content unsuitable for minors.

12. Termination

This licence ends automatically if you breach these Terms. You may end it at any time by deleting the Game from your devices. Sections concerning ownership, disclaimers and limitation of liability survive termination.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the principal place of business of BRIGHT SUCCESS, without regard to conflict of law rules. Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory consumer protection right you have under the law of your country of residence.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The revised version takes effect when it is posted on this page and the date at the top is updated. Continuing to use the Game after a revision means you accept the new Terms.
